At Gahagan Customs, we are committed to creating blades that are durable and reliable, lasting even through the toughest applications. We want you to use your blade and want you to be able to pass it on down through the generations. That is why we offer FREE lifetime sharpening and restoration.
We will clean, sharpen, and repair your blade back to its original, working condition. If the tip of your blade has been damaged, we can help to reshape the blade to get it back to a functional condition. We will also gladly replace any damaged handle scales including rewrapping any paracord handles that have been dirtied or bloodied in your adventures. Here is what you need to do:

* Once received, we will notify you and begin working on your blade. Tracking information will be sent once it is on its way back to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the repairs. We will let you know if your repair will take longer than the aforementioned time.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Gahagan Customs strives to create a product free from defects in materials, finish and/or workmanship. That is why we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all crafted products made by us. Unfortunately, if you mis-use, neglect or exercise poor judgement in the use of our product, the warranty is considered void, solely at our discretion. We want you to use and care for your blade properly to ensure that is lasts for generations. For more information on how to care for your blade, click here. Gahagan Customs will, without charge, repair or replace, at our discretion, any knife returned for warranty work and found to be made defective by us. If you find that your product falls into this category, kindly send us an email at info@GahaganCustoms.com to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing. We will then contact you to better understand your complaint and ensure the prompt resolution of your complaint. Once a resolution has been established, we will have you return the knife (in it's sheath) to:
