RETURNS

​​Gahagan Customs is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product by the customer with a proof of purchase 

• Shipping is non-refundable*

• Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.00.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• No resharpening, wear, or use can be apparent upon return to receive credit (must be in original factory condition and packaging)

• Please contact us by phone or via email info@GahaganCustoms.com to alert us to your return and the reason for your return. Please include a valid phone #, email and time to call.  We will either email or call you with return instructions.

• Upon valid return receipt of goods to Gahagan Customs, we will inspect the item(s) and issue refund to credit card or check as applicable. Normal inspection and refund period is less than 3 business days.
